What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve technical software and hardware problems using logical problem-solving skills
- Assist multiple clients across different ticketing systems and provide EHR usability support
- Identify customer-specific information quickly and escalate unresolved issues appropriately
- Work independently while maintaining effective team interactions
- Ensure phone coverage during breaks and maintain flexibility in scheduling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Working knowledge of PC operations and ability to navigate different desktop applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a changing environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CompTIA A+ Certification is a plus
- Knowledge of medical-based terms and phrases
- Experience working within Electronic Health Records (EHR)
