What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Resolve technical software and hardware problems for clients using logical problem-solving skills

- Provide End-User Electronic Health Record (EHR) usability assistance to clinicians

- Collaborate with team members to ensure phone coverage during breaks and maintain workflow

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Working knowledge of PC operations and ability to navigate multiple desktop applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task using various systems simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CompTIA A+ Certification is a plus
- Knowledge of medical terms and phrases
- Experience working within Electronic Health Records (EHR)
