What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the initial customer interface for all local IT issues related to hardware, software, and accounts
- Monitor communications for service requests and manage ticketing in the ITSM system
- Perform initial diagnosis and analysis of incidents, providing immediate resolution when possible
- Provide high-level onsite telephone support related to hardware, software, and networks
- Ensure compliance with Department of Defense and Command's Cyber Security policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Security+ certification (or higher) for IAT II certification
- Minimum of three (3) to seven (7) years of help desk or related technical experience
- Familiarity with software associated with the Standard Desktop Configuration (e.g., MS Office, Adobe)
- Active TS/SCI clearance and SAP eligibility
- U.S. Citizenship required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Training and certifications in automated help desk management systems
- Knowledge of incident management processes and their application
- Successful completion of privileged user account exam covering relevant material
