      London: £44,978 to £62,463 per annum

      Norwich: £41,496 to £57,593 per annum

      Hours: 36 hours per week – flexible options considered

      If so, the Corporate Projects team have an exciting opportunity for you! Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, as Service Improvement Lead you’ll own the delivery of a diverse range of corporate projects, driving business improvements.

      You’ll work alongside the business and facilitate the identification of improvement initiatives, working with colleagues to coach them in problem solving and supporting the delivery of projects and improvements. Working across all levels of the business, you’ll be accountable for understanding their requirements and the need for change and translating this into recommendations.

      We’re looking for a confident, resilient and highly motivated individual with excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills to undertake the role of the Service Improvement Lead. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and navigating through a variety of diverse projects driven by the business. The successful candidate will be experienced in delivering improvement projects and passionate about improving services for both our customers and our people.

      This is a hybrid role with a base location offered at our offices in London or Norwich. Candidates will be expected to work from the office 1-2 days per week.

      Occasional travel may be required.
