What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in ServiceNow solution design and implementation
- Strong understanding of business process requirements and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work closely with technical teams and support custom development
- Experience in quality management reviews and governance processes
- Familiarity with organizational change management practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leading requirement gathering and business process story development
- Background in technical excellence governance within a Scrum environment
- Proven ability to provide guidance to developers and assist in client relationships
