      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver HR onboarding presentations and serve as the primary point of contact for new partners
      - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR onboarding topics and educate new partners on company policies
      - Participate in check-in calls, answer onboarding questions, and document discussions
      - Track attendance and completion statuses, and ensure materials are accurate and up to date
      - Support the online portion of the onboarding program using SharePoint and other tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing HR support
      - High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
      - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
      - Highly organized with the capability to multitask across various projects

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and survey tools
      - Familiarity with creating and maintaining reports and surveys
      - Previous experience in a fast-paced HR environment
      - Knowledge of employee onboarding processes and policies
      - Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction
