      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage multiple medium complexity projects concurrently with limited managerial direction
      - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert, ensuring compliance with policies, processes, and training
      - Conduct comprehensive data analysis and process mapping to identify inefficiencies
      - Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and assess service change requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
      - Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience in healthcare payer settings
      - Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
      - Strong proficiency with Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with quality or process methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, LEAN)
      - Six Sigma Green Belt and APQC Certification
      - Familiarity with NICE CXOne
      - Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
      - Ability to document and maintain system requirements effectively
