      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls related to patient scheduling and inquiries
      - Respond to patient inquiries following the company's core model for care
      - Follow up with patients to ensure service satisfaction and escalate issues as necessary
      - Document interactions using web-based technology and maintain accurate records
      - Collaborate with team members across departments to enhance customer service experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent required
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar fast-paced environment
      - Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare or medical office environment
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other required systems
      - Spoken and written fluency in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish, Creole, or Vietnamese preferred
