What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls related to patient scheduling and inquiries
- Respond to patient inquiries in alignment with the employer's core care model
- Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and escalate issues as needed
- Document interactions using web-based technology
- Collaborate with team members across departments to enhance customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other required systems
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, including active listening
- Availability to work overtime hours as requested and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with web-based customer relationship management systems
- Bilingual skills in Spanish, Creole, or Vietnamese are a plus
