Address maintenance requests quickly, including A/C and appliance repairs
Perform preventive maintenance to keep everything running smoothly
Prepare vacant units for new residents
Support the Service Manager with team leadership and inventory management
Participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies
Maintain professionalism and create a positive environment for residents and team membersQualifications
Who You Are:
Hands-on problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Minimum of two years of full-time apartment maintenance experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
CFC certification with Type II EPA certification
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license preferred
Strong communication skills (bilingual a plus!)
Owns tools and has reliable transportation with insurance
Valid driver’s license
Willing to assist with other tasks like groundskeeping or painting when neededAbout LUMA Residential
