- Req#: 271503
- Build and deploy virtual services to simulate backend systems and analyse API flows.
- Establish connectivity with test environments and configure dual-response logic where applicable.
- Conduct unit and integration testing, monitor virtual services during end-to-end testing phases.
- Maintain service documentation, version history, and manage upgrades and defect resolutions.
- Use service desk tools such as JIRA for change management and issue tracking.
- Proficient in virtual service modelling including data protocols, matchers, and data-driven responses.
- Skilled in REST/HTTP(S), SOAP, JSON/XML, and at least one data layer such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, JMS, or JDBC.
- Experienced in JavaScript, Java, and Python for building test harnesses and orchestrating environments.
- Familiar with CI/CD tools including Git, Jenkins, Azure, or GitLab CI.
- Knowledgeable in Docker; Kubernetes experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of OpenAPI/Swagger, Postman, and HTTP debugging.
- Foundational knowledge of microservices architecture, API lifecycle, and contract testing.
- Capable of log analysis and debugging with a grasp of networking fundamentals (DNS/TLS, proxies).
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management and documentation discipline.
