  • Job Description

      Req#: 355320
      Minimum 7+ years of ServiceNow technical experience in large complex environments and minimum of 10+ years of technology administration
      Ability to support operations of large ServiceNow implementation
      Cursory knowledge of many applications on the platform
      Understanding of CSDM
      Ability to script
      Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues related to platform health and performance
      Ability to maintain complex foundational data sources (Users, CIs, Locations, etc.)
      Understanding and strong adherence to change and release policy and best practices
      Assist in designing governance and administration standards for many product teams

      Base Salary Range: $120,000 / Annum - $130,000 / Annum
