What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage the strategic relationship with ServiceNow to maximize joint go-to-market opportunities
- Collaborate with ServiceNow alliance teams to build and execute joint business plans
- Support sales teams with ServiceNow-specific knowledge, including product capabilities and value propositions
- Conduct solution presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Monitor competitive landscape and provide insights to internal stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software pre-sales, alliance management, or business development
- Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, solutions, and ecosystem
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
