What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical expertise for the configuration and administration of IT Service Management tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and failures
- Develop and maintain user interfaces and custom scripts for applications
- Manage application deployments and maintain supporting infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance ITSM processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
- Minimum of four (4) years of related experience in IT Service Management or enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of web technologies (XML, JavaScript, HTML, AJAX, CSS)
- Advanced proficiency with Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ITIL v3 Foundations certification
- Experience mentoring less experienced staff
- Ability to lead initiatives and manage projects
- Proficiency in database queries (Microsoft SQL, Oracle, MySQL)
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a collaborative environment
