- Drive the strategic vision for business process automation, aligning with organizational goals, industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Partner with senior leadership, business leads, and key stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex automation solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Lead change management initiatives, drive user adoption, and ensure the successful implementation, transition, and integration of automated processes across the organization.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize the performance of automation solutions, conducting regular reviews, leveraging data-driven insights, and implementing continuous improvement methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain compliance with governance frameworks, standards, and policies to ensure data integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements and Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon’s Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and
- Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.
- Minimum of 10 years of related professional experience;
- Technical experience with ServiceNow (preferably the SPM, CSM and ITAM modules), SQL Server, and APIs.
- Proven experience in the successful delivery of automation solutions utilizing various toolsets;
- Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while working with ambiguous and changing business processes;
- Understanding of workflow-based process logic and proficiency in conceptualizing and converting business process into automated solutions;
- Ability to learn quickly and independently;
- Demonstrates a growth mind-set, seeks feedback often and is effective in continuous personal and professional development;
- Ability to work independently and to carry out tasks to completion following standard accepted practices;
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Health Information Technology, Data Science or related field preferred
- PMI certification is a plus.
- Sedentary work (i.e., sitting for long periods of time);
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;
- Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;
- Subject to inside environmental conditions; and
- Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.
