      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business and functional requirements
      - Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
      - Design, document, and implement optimized workflows on the ServiceNow platform
      - Act as a liaison between business units and ServiceNow technical teams
      - Conduct testing, training, and support during implementation phases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
      - 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process Engineer
      - 2+ years working with the ServiceNow platform or similar platform, especially ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD modules
      - Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles
      - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
      - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or other relevant certifications
