      ServiceNow Business Analyst

      Required Skill:

      Identify and document business requirements for risk management processes, ensuring they align with organizational goals and technical capabilities. ? Design and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions, including configurations, workflows, and integrations, to meet specific business needs. ? Identify and implement process improvements within the ServiceNow IRM module to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. ? Analyze risk data using ServiceNow Performance Analytics to identify trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports for stakeholders. ? Provide training and support to business users on how to effectively utilize the ServiceNow IRM platform. ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and legal, to ensure a cohesive risk management approach. ? Manage vendor risks through the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. ? Support business continuity planning by using the ServiceNow platform to identify potential disruptions and implement mitigation strategies. Required Skills and Experience:? Strong Understanding of Risk Management Principles: Proficiency in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation techniques. ? Experience with ServiceNow IRM: Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, particularly the IRM module, is essential. ? Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to complex problems. ? Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other relevant parties. ? Knowledge of Relevant Regulatory Frameworks: Familiarity with frameworks like FCPA, GDPR, or ISO 37001 is a plus. ? Experience with Agile Methodologies and Project Management: Ability to work in a collaborative, iterative environment.
