We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
ServiceNow Business Analyst / Tester to support our ServiceNow platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, define user stories, and perform end-to-end testing to ensure high-quality ServiceNow enhancements and integrations.
Key Responsibilities: - Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Write detailed test cases for each requirement to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for ServiceNow requirements across all instances, including production.
- Conduct smoke testing post-production deployment to validate deployed requirements, verify system stability, and confirm that critical functionalities remain operational.
- Validate that configurations and workflows meet business requirements.
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and daily standups.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure timely delivery and defect resolution.
- Maintain process documentation and support training efforts.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to platform governance.
Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/QA Tester in ServiceNow environments.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience writing test cases, test plans, and executing test cycles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ITIL/ServiceNow certification is a plus.
