      Sentar is seeking a ServiceNow Developer / Administrator / Implementer. This is a career opportunity for a ServiceNow Developer / Administrator / Implementer to support initiating a new ServiceNow environment for the Huntsville Operations Support Center (HOSC). The work location is at Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) in Huntsville, AL.

      The successful candidate will have knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, services, and associated configurations. We are looking for someone with a passion for excellence, loves leading technical teams, and is an innovative thought leader when it comes to finding ways to improve capabilities and processes.

      Role Description:

      The ServiceNow Developer will be part of a team providing hands-on development and implementation support of ServiceNow including design, architecture, configuration, development best practices, implementation strategies.

      • Must be able to develop and test ServiceNow modules with minimal supervision.
      • The Developer will collaborate with a diverse program team and must be able to communicate effectively in obtaining and actualizing requirements, while collaborating with cross functional teams to develop technical solutions that meets mission objectives.
      • Will develop and implement ServiceNow features as part of an interactive Agile development process and support other ServiceNow initiatives.
      • Must possess strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to drive integration strategies and achieve transformative business outcomes that align with organizational goals.

      Qualifications:

      Clearance Level: Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a NASA badge.

      Education: B.S. in Computer Programming, Software Engineering, or Information Technology or related field of study

      Experience:

      • 5 years preferred
      • 3 years minimum experience in ServiceNow software development preferably with ServiceNow cloud
      • Experience with ServiceNow design, development, implementation, and administration is desirable with a concentration in ITSM, ITOM, and SPM modules

      Certifications:

      • ServiceNow Application Developer Certification
      • ServiceNow Administrator Certification
      • ServiceNow ITSM – Certified Implementation Specialist
