- Work with team members and internal stakeholders to define and document development requirements and scope of new development requests
- Support release of applications through research, technical analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting
- Design reports and dashboards
- Perform other related duties as outlined by the ServiceNow technical/Workstream lead and Project Manager
- Passion to learn new technologies
- Experience with JavaScript and SQL
- High energy level, self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Understands web development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap.
- Exceptional debugging, unit testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Detailed/action-oriented and demonstrates high standards of integrity, trust, and ethics
- U.S. Customs and Border Protection Public Trust Clearance
- Minimum 5 years of software development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Experience with Bootstrap

We are currently seeking an incumbent to participate in the development and implementation of ServiceNow business applications. This position is based in the US.The incumbent will be a key member of the engineering team by supporting all software development activities under the direction of the Software Engineer Lead. You will work within our agile software development process and have an important impact on the features and services provided.
