- Design, develop, and maintain eBonding integrations between ServiceNow and external ITSM platforms.
- Lead implementation of eBonding solutions, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors across systems to ensure data accuracy and performance.
- Support and enhance the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, business rules, and custom scripts.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integration requirements are met.
- Work effectively in a domain-separated ServiceNow environment.
- Operate independently while managing priorities and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow, especially in integration and platform support.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integration frameworks.
- Experience with ONEiO or similar integration platforms is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with other ITSM platforms (e.g., BMC Remedy, Cherwell, Jira Service Management) is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Experience working in domain-separated environments.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Implementation Specialist) preferred.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in managed service provider environments is a plus.
