ServiceNow EngineerRemote12 MonthsDescription:
Seeking a candidate for the position of Senior Performance Analytics who can create management dashboards, report on OKR’s and metrics, and answer key business questions to help increase quality and reduce the costs of service delivery.
Provide Real-time visibility into data and predictive forecasts for enhanced decision-making.
Setting up thresholds, such as all-time highs, lows, or predefined values that automatically generate alerts.
Prior experience in configuring Configure CMDB Health dashboards and CMDB Query Builder Aide service management team in optimizing processes and integration of processes regarding reporting management ITIL Foundation.
Effectively answer the "how to" technical and application questions as it relates to configuration of ServiceNow for Reporting Management.
Build dashboards and create training for dashboards implementations
ServiceNow development experience in the Performance Analytics Module.
Create reporting strategy, execution and delivery for the reports.
Perform the delivery using agile methodologies.
