Job Title: ServiceNow IRM Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Specialist to support the implementation ServiceNow's IRM applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders and lead customer workshop to gather requirements, define workflows, and map business processes within ServiceNow.
• Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow IRM modules (Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Vendor Risk, Third Party Risk Management).
• Customize forms, workflows, scripts, notifications, and integrations to meet business needs.
• Support development and continuous improvement of risk and compliance processes.
• Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Compliance, IT, and Business Units).
• Ensure alignment with frameworks such as ISO 2NA01, NIST, SOC2, GDPR, etc.
• Participate in user training, UAT, and post-implementation support.
• Maintain documentation of configuration and customizations.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow IRM modules such as:
• Risk Management
• Policy & Compliance Management
• Audit Management
• Vendor Risk Management
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface with business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance.
• Familiarity with industry frameworks (NIST, ISO, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

The ideal candidate will lead customer workshops, document business requirements, and provide strategic implementation guidance to customer and developers throughout the implementation lifecycle. Candidate should have strong knowledge in Policy and policy exception management, risk management and third-party/Vendor risk management.
