What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and customer presentations for ServiceNow solutions
- Analyze client business processes to identify improvement opportunities and translate requirements into ServiceNow configurations
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, delivering tailored solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Document new and revised business processes, including standard operating procedures and process maps
- Act as a trusted advisor to technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture, design, and development experience, including 3 years in a pre-sales or client-facing consulting role
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business process analysis or consulting, ideally related to ITSM and ITOM
- At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations as a lead architect or consultant
- Strong hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow product lines: ITSM, ITOM, PPM, HR, FSM
- Proficient in JavaScript and/or Java for scripting and customization on the ServiceNow platform
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification
