      Overview

      You will be joining Foundational Platforms team responsible for the strategy and development for the core, cross-technology software tool sets of Information Technology (IT) Service Management and IT Asset Management. These products are vital to friction-less processes that are reliant on golden source data, and to enable intelligent use and management of the application/service estate. Foundational Platforms is responsible for driving improvement in the governance processes and exposing the data necessary to capitalize on analytics and automation opportunities. The Product Owner is aligned to the Scrum teams and acts as the single point of contact for the professional Scrum Teams that are delivering capabilities for the modules within the platform that they are responsible for. Overall, the Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the value of the configuration delivered by a Scrum Team(s), ensuring alignment to business outcomes .

      What You’ll Do

      • Create Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the Product Management Chapter, ensuring an outcomes-based value management is in place

      • Communication, leadership, and collaboration skills are necessary to succeed in this position as you are tasked to constantly communicate with both your end-user customers and team members to identify previously unseen challenges and possible opportunities

      • Owns the demand management process for their product lines, including intake, evaluation, and approval

      • Participates in the development and updating of annual budget plans to ensure appropriate allocation of resources against Strategy

      • Collaborates with ServiceNow Council and SteerCo to build trust and understanding

      • Hires, develops, and evaluates Product Chapter success

      How You’ll Lead

      • Set the long-term vision and product-line-level strategy

      • Conducts performance reviews, reports on performance metrics, and creates plans to improve performance

      • Prioritizes team health and performance by detecting and resolving people issues

      Skills You’ll Need

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

      • Ability to executes plans and align product area to business strategy

      • Demand Management (Assistance with requests, Collate, Assess, Align)

      • Product Governance and Demand Assessment – platform alignment, business process, technical, operational , Organisation Change Management

      • Product Management (Forming the Product Backlog , Release & Sprint planning, Refining the Sprint Backlog, Feature Authoring & Story Validation , Story Prioritization )

      Skills to Help You Excel

      • Advanced/Expert level experience within IT at large corporate environments, specifically around Product Management or in Financial Services Technology in a client-facing function

      • Proficient Project Management experience

      • ServiceNow foundational knowledge

      • IITIL / best practice service context

      • Ability to work cross-functionally in virtual teams and in matrix structures

      Expectations

      It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

      The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $100,000 to $145,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
