What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full lifecycle of ServiceNow implementation projects, from planning and design to deployment and support
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration across departments
- Oversee the migration process from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow, ensuring minimal business disruption
- Proactively identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management, specifically with ServiceNow implementations
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and operations
