What you will do
Senior Quality Assurance Analyst is someone who has strong analysis capabilities to monitor every phase of the software development process to ensure high design quality. Has strong analysis capabilities not just with individual requirements but with the entire system.
Responsibilities
Executes tests.
Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
Lead and mentor QA team members
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
Run manual and automated tests
Requirements
Proven experience ServiceNow manual and automation testing
ServiceNow SysAdmin Certification – desired
ITIL Foundations Certified & Scrum Master Certification – desired
Advanced English
