As an experienced ServiceNow Software Asset Management Implementation Specialist, you will be recognized as a subject matter expert in all aspects relating to ITIL SAM. You will lead software asset/installation remediations and/or troubleshooting while championing the SAM lifecycle process and procedures to ensure data integrity of software rights and usage to support SAM compliance.

      Responsibilities:
      - Register new Software Assets/Configuration Items (CIs) while maintaining proper relationships as defined in the agreed SAM-Pro Models
      - Assist in conducting Quality Assurance over SAM process and policies
      - Provide SAM experience leadership including training, mentoring & staff augmentation
      - Build customer relationships by delivering above client expectations on assigned deliverables and is accountable for proactively identifying & winning add-on work and identifying cross-sales leads
      - Stay current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies related to SACM and SAM

      Required Skills:
      - 2+ years of experience ServiceNow SAM Pro experience
      - 5+ years of experience working with business processes supported by technology
      - 1+ years of experience evaluating the accuracy of SAM Pro calculations in a decision tree-branched license metric
      - 1+ years of experience reporting in SAM Pro
      - 1+ years of experience with dashboards in SAM Pro

      Preferred Certifications:
      - ITIL certified (Foundation v3 or v4)
      - ServiceNow: Software Asset Management Fundamentals
      - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
      - SAM-Professional module: Certified Implementer

      Additional Information:
      - US Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements
      - Must be able to get a Public Trust Clearance
      - MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply
