What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring integrity through upgrades and customizations
- Develop, test, and implement new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform
- Assist with application integrations using APIs, web services, and scripts
- Educate end users on the proper use of ServiceNow
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation related to system configurations and workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- 0-2 years of experience in information technology or a related field
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and general relational database concepts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
- Task management and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-4+ years of experience in information technology or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript/GlideScript
- Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL/ITOM processes and best practices
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Problem Management and Change Management
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
