What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes
- Own the relationship with project stakeholders to identify, model, and document business, process, and data requirements
- Provide training to stakeholders on various uses of the ServiceNow platform
- Work with Platform Support and Development teams to develop level-of-effort and release estimates
- Translate technical complexities to project stakeholders, ensuring understanding of design decisions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
- Minimum of 13+ years of related experience or a Master's degree with 8+ years of equivalent industry experience, or a PhD with 5+ years of experience
- Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- Highly exceptional communication skills
- Ability to develop and forge strong relationships among competing stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven proficiency in analysis skills and capability to identify downstream and upstream implications
- Experience in chairing and coordinating business stakeholder meetings
- Familiarity with business analysis models and driving improvements
