      What You’ll Do

      This position requires developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business needs of our DoD customer. Apply innovative technology to business processes in order to develop solutions and troubleshoot issues. Working with the platform development team to design and review new requirements and new features based on business needs in addition to creating and/or reviewing various ServiceNow objects, data integrations, and reports using ServiceNow platform, and assisting with day to day operations and maintenance tasks. This position is a remote position and requires an ability to work efficiently, quickly, and independently.


      Key Responsibilities

      • Provide O&M support for a GCC based SaaS ServiceNow instance
      • Configure ServiceNow modules such as CSM and/or ITSM Pro capabilities
      • Participate in design review with other team members
      • Work within an Agile framework utilizing ServiceNow’s agile VTB and agile stories
      • Participate in service delivery process discussions and facilitate needed ServiceNow configurations and dashboards
      • Document content for ServiceNow customizations, workflows and usage
      • Assist with platform account creation
      • Assist with testing platform team development
