What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in a 10-week ServiceNow Developer Training Program, completing self-paced learning and hands-on assignments
- Obtain ServiceNow certifications, including the ServiceNow Administrator Certification
- Engage in hands-on development tasks and documentation to demonstrate proficiency with ServiceNow tools
- Collaborate with senior developers and project teams to enhance and optimize ServiceNow solutions
- Support testing and quality assurance activities for ServiceNow applications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have two ServiceNow certifications, including ServiceNow Administrator Certification (CSA exam passed)
- Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
- U.S. citizenship is required due to government contract requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong professional experience in any field, with transferable skills and a proven work ethic
- Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a collaborative team environment
- Foundational or advanced knowledge of JavaScript with a willingness to apply these skills
