      Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

      • • Provide strong project management leadership by overseeing all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
      • • Lead and mentor project teams in adopting Agile methodologies, facilitating agile ceremonies, and promoting collaboration and transparency to drive project progress and achieve business goals.
      • • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders, to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage dependencies to optimize project delivery.
      • • Harness your expertise in cloud platform technologies, particularly ServiceNow or similar platforms, to develop and implement robust project plans, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure project success.
      • • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project team by identifying areas for optimization, implementing best practices, and driving innovation to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
      • • Serve as a trusted advisor and escalation point for project-related issues, providing guidance, support, and solutions to overcome challenges and ensure project objectives are met.
      • • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications, to provide visibility and transparency into project progress and outcomes.
