      Job Description

      Services & Solutions Delivery Team Lead takes care of the team responsible for the operational support of our customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders. You will ensure the quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care for our customer's needs and a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.


      Your role:

      • Managing all aspects of customer service operations and leading operational teams to achieve business goals.
      • Aligning team activities to support business strategy objectives and identify/develop talent by leading by example to promote a performance culture.
      • Being responsible for customer satisfaction and relevant quality, legal, and compliance requirements.
      • Utilizing LEAN techniques to drive operational efficiency improvements at the business and department level.
      • Ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requests
      • Developing and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Customers and Service Providers

      You're the right fit if you have:

      • At least 5 years of professional experience within operations in a corporate environment
      • Professional experience in people management in a corporate environment (would be a big plus)
      • Fluent English & German
      • Hands-on experience with process improvement e.g. LEAN techniques and culture & Project Management skills
      • Good communication skills at different levels (to internal stakeholders and regions/customers)
      • Proven experience within Change Management topics
      • Skills in developing and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Partners and Customers
      • You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.
      • Knowledge and experience in customer service or supply chain management is a strong plus
