      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist with the setup of OneSource Virtual services within the Workday tenant and security framework
      - Collaborate with team members to understand Services implementation methodology
      - Identify and escalate issues to ensure successful customer transitions
      - Review assigned cases to identify resolutions for customers and internal users
      - Assist with testing and documentation of existing and new service offerings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (MIS, CS, HR)
      - 0-2+ years of technical experience in HR, Payroll, or HRIS
      - Working knowledge of at least one of the following business areas: Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll
      - Strong organizational skills and analytical thinking abilities
      - Commitment to customer focus and integrity

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Workday is preferred
      - A positive attitude and a drive to learn and collaborate with others
