What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls from customers, service providers, and stores to provide installation job support
- Manage outbound tasks and make calls to customers, providers, stores, and vendors for updates or information
- Conduct initial contact with customers and service providers to verify project scope and expectations
- Ensure projects are scheduled within the service-level agreement (SLA) and confirm details with customers
- Submit accurate documentation of all project interactions in designated technology tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education
- 1-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 1 year of experience in project coordination or in the remodeling or construction industry
- 1 year of experience working in a Project Management function
- Experience in a contact center environment
