You're the brains behind our work.
You’re ready to bring your knowledge from the classroom to the workplace. Whether it’s honing your skills or building your network, we know that success can’t come without growth. Our program equips you with the knowledge and training you need to play a valuable role on your team and establish a long-term career at Citi. We value internal mobility, and career growth is not a question of if, but when.

Citi Securities Services supports the world’s leading asset managers, institutional investors, and financial institutions by providing a full suite of solutions, including custody, clearing, asset servicing, fund administration, ETF services, performance measurement and risk analytics, agency securities lending, collateral management, transfer agency, fiduciary and issuer services. We are a digital by default business, with a scalable and resilient technological and organizational architecture. Through a unified, single data strategy, we prioritize ease throughout the client experience. We offer forward-looking services designed to reduce risk, increase flexibility and adaptability, lower unit and marginal costs and eliminate friction wherever possible. As the most global bank, we deliver a unique value proposition bringing clients closer to local markets and offering better visibility into the evolving financial services landscape and regulatory regimes. At the end of the day, Citi stands out by fostering a culture of excellence delivered with heart.

Here at Citi, rotational programs are intended to help you build a broad skillset and accelerate your career growth by gaining exposure to numerous roles. The 2.5-year Analyst program starts in July and begins with an intensive training program. Following orientation and classroom training, each Analyst is matched to a first rotation through a carefully designed placement process, which includes sessions with senior businesspeople and recent graduates of the program. You will then rotate to a second role within Securities Services, where you will continue to gain hand-on experience, but in a different area of the business. Our goal is to ensure that every Analyst is placed in a position that best pairs their skillset and personal interests with the needs of the firm in mind.
