What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead teams in managing professional services projects for data center clients, including installation and maintenance
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure timely delivery of services with engineers and third-party contractors
- Review and verify engineering designs and apply technological expertise to projects
- Track Project Portfolio KPIs and continuously improve project processes for customer satisfaction
- Direct third-party installation project scheduling, site walks, and training

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the data center services space
- Ability to work remotely and travel 50% to 60% of the time, including international travel
- Knowledge of Data Center construction and business systems such as CAD software applications
- Demonstrated skills in contingency planning and adapting to rapid changes in customer demand
- Knowledge of mechanical and thermal principles is preferred but not crucial
