What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct onsite training sessions for key customers on the installation, operation, and maintenance of data center products
- Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations
- Provide technical writing, support, and mentorship to customers during installation and maintenance processes
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to identify customer training needs and develop customized training programs
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve training programs and materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Validated experience providing technical training and technical writing, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple training sessions simultaneously
- Willingness to travel an average of 10-50% to customer locations; a valid driver's license is required
