      Description

      The Transaction Processing Servicing Ops Sr Specialist reports to the Business Support Manager and will assist in executing the day-to-day administrative support to the Transaction Processing team within Consumer Deposits and Loan Servicing (CDLS). The Servicing Ops Sr Specialist will assist with a range of initiatives for Transaction Processing including but not limited to: access provisioning and performing associated controls, preparation of materials for meetings and/or presentations, policy and procedure oversight, OneView letter oversight, risk remediation, and gathering data to create capacity models. This role may also assist with cross departmental tasks such as Compliance Training and Records Management. Individual will be resourceful and flexible due to changing priorities and may be asked to pitch in on various tasks, large and small, to meet short-term priorities and need of the department.

      Primary responsibilities include

      • Perform access provisioning activities and associated controls such as setting up new users, performing password resets, deactivating movers/leavers, and performing periodic user access reviews.
      • Gather information to support the creation of materials for meetings and presentations, including but not limited to Business Line Reviews, Town Halls, and team meetings.
      • Ensure the annual policy and procedure reviews occur timely and accurately.
      • Ensure the OneView letter process occurs timely and accurately by including the key stakeholders for review and approval.
      • Assist with gathering data to update capacity models for Transaction Processing, which could include performing time studies.
      • Assist with risk remediation efforts, which could include the organization, sourcing, manipulating, and analyzing of data sets.
      • Ad-hoc projects as needed by the Transaction Processing Leadership Team.

      Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

      • 0-1 years financial experience, preferably in a highly regulated banking environment.
      • 2+ years graphic design experience, preferably in creating executive level presentations.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
      • Proven strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently while still maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
      • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
      • History of strong performance driven by being self-motivated, taking initiative to turn ideas into actions, and producing output at a high level.

      Hours & Work Schedule

      • Hours per Week: 40
      • Work Schedule:
      • Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Note: This role may require night or weekend hours to support access provisioning needs.
      • Hybrid
        • In office - 3 days: Monday, Thursday, flexible 3rd day
        • Remote - 2 days
