What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple payroll implementation projects across various partner businesses and previous payroll systems
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to improve processes and documentation
- Provide customer service through tickets, email, and phone/video to partners and companies onboarding to the platforms
- Cultivate strong relationships with outsourcing partners to oversee successful project completion

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of payroll implementation or account management experience, particularly with enterprise-level accounts
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort with learning new technologies
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Strong focus on customer and partner relationships with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with outsourced teams and a willingness to attend annual company offsite events
