**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Lead and manage the teleSANE team, providing oversight and mentorship during forensic examinations
- Recruit, hire, and train new teleSANEs, developing necessary policies and training materials
- Ensure seamless clinical service delivery and manage telehealth support at partner locations
- Conduct peer reviews and monitor adherence to quality standards in forensic medical care
- Participate in program development initiatives, including grant applications and strategic planning
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
- Experience in conducting pediatric sexual assault forensic examinations
- Leadership experience in healthcare settings
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Master’s degree or higher in Nursing
- International Association of Forensic Nursing SANE-P certification
- Experience collaborating with healthcare administrators and interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
