      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage the teleSANE team, providing oversight, mentorship, and performance reviews for telehealth forensic exams
      - Recruit, hire, and train new teleSANEs; develop policies, procedures, and training materials
      - Support collaborative efforts such as grant applications, progress reporting, and data collection
      - Ensure seamless clinical service delivery in collaboration with co-coordinators to cover all teleSANE shifts
      - Conduct peer reviews of case documentation and monitor adherence to quality standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with 8+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of supervisory experience
      - Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania prior to hire
      - Experience conducting pediatric sexual assault forensic examinations preferred
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree or higher in Nursing
      - 5+ years of experience in pediatric sexual assault forensic examinations
      - International Association of Forensic Nursing SANE-P certification
      - Leadership experience in healthcare settings
      - Experience collaborating with healthcare administrators and interdisciplinary teams
