What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute Salesforce deployments using Salesforce CLI (SFDX) and manage metadata-based deployments
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Harness or similar platforms
- Develop Shell/Bash scripts to automate processes and improve deployment efficiency
- Integrate automated testing and quality checks into CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality releases
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployments and pipeline failures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3–5+ years of experience in DevOps or Release Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployments and Salesforce CLI (SFDX)
- Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines using Harness or similar tools
- Solid understanding of Git, including branching strategies and pull requests
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Flosum
- Basic understanding of Salesforce development concepts (Apex, LWC, metadata types)
- Experience with Salesforce data seeding and sandbox strategies
- Cloud platform exposure (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable)
- Salesforce or DevOps certifications
