      What You’ll Do

      • Solve complex technical issues with deep expertise in at least one specialty area.

      • Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers, from CIO level to technical teams.

      • Deliver workshops, assessments, and proactive services with strong presentation and writing skills.

      Required Expertise

      • Proven experience delivering enterprise‑grade SharePoint solutions.

      • Strong troubleshooting skills and customer‑facing engagement experience.

      • Understanding of ITIL/Service Management and ability to balance business and technical needs.

      • Adaptability, problem‑solving mindset, and passion for innovative technology.

      Role Requirements

      • Security Clearance Level 2 (active preferred or willingness to obtain).

      • Fluent German and English.

      • Willingness to travel (remote + onsite).

      Technical Skills

      SharePoint On‑Prem (Primary Focus)

      • Deep knowledge of SharePoint 2016/2019/Subscription Edition (Level 300–400).

      • Architecture, topology, permissions, service applications, DR, migrations, upgrades, scaling.

      • Hybrid configuration, zero‑downtime patching, authentication providers.

      SharePoint Online

      • Tenant‑level administration, hub site architecture, SPO Management Shell, PnP PowerShell, Graph.

      • External sharing governance, Microsoft Search, Graph connectors.

      • Purview integration, DLP, retention, sensitivity labels, backup/archiving.

      • SharePoint Advanced Management (SAM), classic/modern search, awareness of latest SPO updates.

      OneDrive for Business

      • GPO/Intune management of sync client.

      • Home drive migrations to ODFB.

      • Best practices for sync and deployment.

      Additional Desirable Experience

      • Active Directory, AD security, IIS, troubleshooting tools.

      • Understanding of Microsoft 365 platform interactions with SharePoint/OneDrive.

      • Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate, Pages, Virtual Agents) and Dataverse.

      • Modern development stack and SharePoint PowerShell (Online & On‑Prem).
