      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls and accurately enter bookings into reservation systems per company standards
      - Maintain knowledge of new products, promotions, and policies related to bookings
      - Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns about reservations
      - Assist guests with planning shore excursions and shipboard needs, ensuring compliance with ADA laws
      - Manage inventory for dining and specialty services, and assist with group dining coordination

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous sales experience required, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
      - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace at home
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Holland America and Seabourn lines
      - Familiarity with the POLAR booking system, Outlook, Word, and Excel
      - Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
      - Strong decision-making skills with the ability to multi-task under time constraints
