What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage gift orders, dining and dietary requests, and shore excursions for guests
- Answer incoming calls and accurately enter bookings into reservation systems
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and maintaining positive relationships
- Assist accessible and non-accessible guests with planning shore excursions and shipboard needs
- Maintain high ethical standards while multitasking and prioritizing guest needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized with attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Holland America and Seabourn lines preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the POLAR booking system, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to work well under time constraints
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
