Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
Organize and stock products in appropriate warehouse locations
Prepare shipping documents and labels using warehouse software
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping and receiving areas
Conduct routine inventory checks and report discrepancies
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
Minimum 2 years of experience in order picking and packing
Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and inventory systems
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Know how to use a computer for Data Entry.
English reading and writing.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

This role is ideal for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in order picking and packing, who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all shipping and receiving operations.
