Job Description
- Req#: JR100223
- Theoretical training: includes courses (4 separate weeks) in Denmark where you collaborate in-person with other trainees from all around the world creating a vast professional network. Between these on-site courses, you will undergo online training covering topics such as maritime law, economics, negotiation technique and cultural knowledge.
- On-the-job training: takes place in our Montreal head office with Program Leaders from our Marine Commercial and Operations department.
- Recently completed bachelor’s degree (graduated 2021 or less) *
- Intellectually curious and open-minded, searching to constantly surpass yourself
- Business mindset, relationship builder with natural social skills
- Thriving in a dynamic team-work environment
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
- Available to travel (visa may be required)
- International experience through study, work or other
- Extracurricular experiences (such as team sports, school association, case competition and projects, etc)
- Prior work experience onboard or related to navigation/ships
- Ability to speak more than one language fluently

Start date of the program: Early September 2024 (flexibility to start earlier during the summer)
QUALIFICATIONS* (Students graduating without a university degree may be considered under certain conditions, i.e. graduating from Navigation schools or Transportation and Logistics program)
