Job Description
- Req#: 46706
- Performs effective and efficient printer/copier set-up, repair or maintenance to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and product performance.
- Responsible for continued development of service technician skills through formal training, self-study and on-the-job training.
- Demonstrate willingness and capacity to be trained on most digital office equipment that is in or added to the company line.
- Encourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all co-workers and outside customers and vendors
- Routinely demonstrates and creates a helpful and positive work culture
- Conducts self at all times as the public image of the company in accordance with the Xerox Code of Conduct
- Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
- Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Basic networking knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A positive and supportive attitude towards customers, both internal and external
- Ability to meet deadlines in a face-paced work environment; prioritize and perform a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction
